What is the maximum slope for a handicapped ramp in Quebec?

According to the Quebec Building Code (RBQ), the maximum authorized slope is 1:12. This means that 12 inches of ramp are required for each inch of height to be crossed. A 21-inch step therefore requires 21 feet of ramp.

How long does it take to install a modular ramp?

Can the ramp be installed in winter?
