The aim of the Petits Établissements Accessibles (PEA) program is to improve accessibility for people with disabilities or reduced mobility in small establishments. Owners and tenants of commercial, professional and meeting establishments that are not subject to a legal obligation in terms of accessibility can benefit from this program.
This program enables people with a disability or autism spectrum disorder to obtain essential equipment to carry out their daily and domestic activities at home.
If you are a tenant, first consult your landlord to find out whether he or she agrees to the adaptation of your dwelling, and ask him or her to complete the part of the form that concerns him or her.
Are you receiving the tax credit Amount for severe and prolonged impairment in mental or physical functions? You can authorize Revenu Québec to confirm to the SHQ your eligibility for this credit, by completing the consent form (151 KB)and attaching it to your Program Registration form.
